    🔍 Join the New Line Optics Team

    We are New Line Optics, a Czech company with headquarters, offices, and a warehouse located in Prague.
    We specialize in the design and distribution of eyewear frames and sunglasses, with a strong focus on design, quality, and functionality.
    We’re constantly growing and expanding our team with new talent.

    We are currently looking for Sales Representatives for the following markets:

    🇨🇿 Czech Republic

    Requirements:

    • Experience in sales (ideally B2B)
    • Fluent Czech
    • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
    • Independence, responsibility, and a results-driven attitude
    • Driving license (category B) and willingness to travel within the region
    • Knowledge of the optical market is a plus

    🇸🇰 Slovakia

    Requirements:

    • Fluent Slovak with the ability to communicate effectively
    • Sales experience, ideally in optics, fashion, or pharmaceuticals
    • Proactive approach, independence, and willingness to travel

    🌍 International Markets (Europe & beyond)

    Requirements:

    • Excellent command of English; working knowledge of Czech
    • Additional languages (German, Spanish, French, Italian) are a plus
    • Experience in international sales or export
    • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
    • Flexibility and willingness to travel (trade fairs, client meetings)

    🧰 What you’ll be doing:

    • Actively seeking out and developing new business opportunities
    • Managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients
    • Presenting and selling our collections of optical and sun frames
    • Representing the brand at trade fairs in the Czech Republic and abroad (Milan, Paris, Brno)
    • Collaborating with our internal product development, logistics, and marketing teams

    🎁 What we offer:

    • 💰 Monthly compensation of 60,000 – 200,000 CZK, based on performance
    • Freelance cooperation (contract via trade license / IČO)
