This policy applies to www.newlineoptics.com, our corporate/marketing website, which does not have its own e-shop.

Name, e-mail and message content — to handle your enquiry.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: for the duration of handling your enquiry, plus 12 months for follow-up.

Newsletter
We process your e-mail address based on your explicit consent.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Retention: until consent is withdrawn. You can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link or by writing to info@newlineoptics.com.

Technical services
The website uses these external services, which may process technical data (IP address, browser type):
— Framer (events.framer.com) — website operational analytics;
— Google Fonts (fonts.gstatic.com) — web font delivery;
— Feedspring (api.feedspring.co, images.feedspring.com) — powers the Instagram feed.

The website does not currently use its own tracking cookies requiring consent.

We do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be made available to the technical service providers listed above (Framer, Google Fonts, Feedspring), only to the extent necessary to operate the website.
